Willian is a Mortgage Agent Level 1 and Document Fulfillment Specialist dedicated to ensuring every client file moves smoothly from start to finish. With a focus on accuracy, communication, and thoughtful coordination, he plays a key role in ensuring that all required documents are collected, reviewed, and prepared with precision.
Drawn to the mortgage field for its blend of structure, problem-solving, and personal connection, Willian has spent several years building a strong foundation across multiple brokerages. His experience includes working with a wide range of clients (from high-net-worth individuals with complex financial movements to straightforward applications), giving him a unique ability to manage diverse needs with confidence and care.
Willian’s past roles have shaped him into the professional he is today. His time as a retail manager strengthened his customer service and people skills, while his five years in TD Mortgage Services—first in funding, then in document fulfillment—gave him a deep understanding of mortgage operations and the importance of clarity and detail.
His guiding principle: “Do it with purpose, or not at all.”
Outside the office, Willian loves exploring new cities and countries, photography, cooking (he attended culinary school!), and connecting with people through good food and good conversation. He has a deep interest in people’s stories: their motivations, journeys, and experiences.
