Matthew is deeply passionate about maintaining a best-in-class client-lender relationship, acting as the dedicated liaison bringing the two together. He consistently ensures that the best possible negotiation terms are laid out on the table, the best deals are called to attention, and that conversations are conducive towards an optimal outcome for our clients.

Matthew possesses an extensive and varied background that makes him a gifted, capable member of the team. He possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa as well as a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Carleton University, both of which share the honours distinction.

“I love being the liaison between clients and lenders,” says Matthew. “It means a lot to me to help maximize their chances of securing their ideal property – and under the ideal terms.”

In Matthew’s role, he regularly prepares client documentation for submission, examining the finer details closely to ensure that applications have the best possible chances of being approved by lenders. In addition, he works closely with the lenders himself to demonstrate the strengths of a client’s file.

Outside of the office, Matthew loves to travel, has a passion for the culinary arts, and is quite the sports fan!
