Michael Fournier

Michael is the document fulfillment specialist who works in parallel with Matt Ryan on our team. Michael’s job is to ensure the mortgages get funded by communicating with the borrowers, solicitors and other professionals involved in the transaction. He approaches each step in this process with a focus on clarity, support, and a seamless client experience.

A background in sports management and leadership means Michael brings strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills to every client interaction. Combining his experience in the mortgage and financial services industries, he has developed a thoughtful, client-first approach that simplifies complex information and makes each step easy to understand.

Michael is a Mortgage Agent Level 1 and works closely with all types of borrowers, including but not limited to first-time homebuyers and real estate investors, supporting purchase, refinance, and switch applications. He believes in transparency, proactive communication, and presenting every available option so clients can make clear, confident decisions.

Outside of the office, Michael is a lifelong hockey player and an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys hockey, golf, baseball, and staying active wherever he can.
